No, my spawns are pitch-perfect! Lots of dilos, diplos, trikes, and parasaurs. Also the occasional rex in the easy zone, but that's different. I'm having pretty good spawns in general. I checked out the map in GCM too. Lots of creatures, from Gigas to Andrewsarchus. I think it's just you buddy.

When I kill them all off, they respawn in the timeframe I listed. I'm not actually sure as to what slider affect their spawn rates.
