Honda pilot clicking noise when accelerating

Hi All, I noticed that my Pilot makes a "klunk": creeplook noise when shifting from Drive to Reverse (passing thru Neutral, of course) and vice versa. It's not a very loud klunk, but definitely a solid presence. If you shift from either Drive or Reverse into Neutral and then back to the same gear, meaning D->N->D or R->N->R, it doesn't seem to ....
