Dos2 respec
I know in dos1, the merchant on the beach inventory changed every hour. I don't know for sure about dos2. Usually if you get lucky, you'll find a new item in merchants inventory that helps with lore master. Tbh I just used the respec on the ship to change loremaster to what I need and then respec back.Whenever I respec a character the portrait changes and gets covered with a gray tint. Also, I used a respec mirror mod for act 1 and ended up turning it off because it heavily messed up the shadows in the game. Every shadow was basically a black spot. ... About this mod. This is my first mod that i have ever made. Like others, i was stuck in Arx because i couldnt access the lower deck of the LV due to a bug. So i took it upon myself to mod another respec mirror into the Arx main square. Hope this helps :)Hi guys, i want say that i found a solution that worked for me for fix the portrait bug after using the respec mirror in act 2: if you running Overwolf or similar program disable it before using the mirror for don't bug the portrait. Attention: it works ONLY with previous save game where you didn't still use the mirror. Don't ask me why, but for me it works.You can get them from basically any vendor, so stealing some shouldnt be any issue (if the thieving character already has a normal one in his/her inventory the resulting pile of scrolls will also not be labelled "stolen" so they could even check your bag if you mess up). But eventually you want to find ways to not use as many resurrection scrolls.It can be annoying in DOS1 to have a 95% chance of stunning an enemy and still missing. DOS2's combat is less RNG-based in that respect, but in some ways it was more fun making use of environmental effects in the first game. Also, the ability to respec in the first game comes very late, and is much more restrictive than DOS2's.
