As long as you have the item Alarm/Siren, you can get them pretty fast from 3rd item slot. I got 6 Pink Tails in less than 2 hours (maybe a lot less, around one hour).That process can take a while to get the results you need, but if you have any Sirens in your inventory, you can go to the dwarven town of Tomra and around the outside of there the Siren should bring a green dragon on demand.
