Yes, most players are generally able, but it will require more practice and understanding. consoles have less players since PC have such a huge huge huge huge huge advantage over PS4, deactivated Crossplay and yes, console is pretty much dead, you occasionally see a PS5 players if Crossplay is on.Love to hate myself.
