Passed NCLEX in 145 questions! Hey everyone, I just wanted to say I've been stalking this page for a while and wanted to talk about what I thought about the exam and preparing: ATI: used it in school, got level 1s and said very low chance of passing. Never took it seriously tbh with school going on but it was meh for me.Nope! I had about 3 case studies with 6 questions each. In between the case studies, I had 1-3 NCLEX questions. I was so frazzled after the research questions lol I did the PVT and got the good pop up! I did 100-150 UWorld questions a day, Mark Klimek audio, read some of the Kaplan 2019 book, and ATI Board Vitals.

I answered about 30-40% of questions on UWorld. I listened to Mark K's lectures on YouTube. For me, UWorld helped me the most, and I found this out after taking the NCLEX. UWorld has a very similar format to the actual NCLEX, and because of that, it made me more comfortable to sit, read, and answer each question in an untroubled manner.RN nclex at 145. From my research if you failed at 145 you need to brush up on content. I was also told by Kaplan that either I got the last question wrong, or I got the last question correct, but it wasn't above the passing line (Questions range in difficulty), so in this case the question would have been below passing level.
