the best approach might be to pick and choose from the different decks. use lolnotacop for micro. zanki path for pathoma - someone posted on this subreddit recently with a Zanki pathoma deck organized hierarchically by video, kind of Lightyear-esque . use zanki pharm for pharm. and lightyear for the rest. alternatively if you like sketchy but prefer Q&A to cloze, you may substitute pepper ...Regarding Anki decks, use a deck only if you are also using its corresponding source.
