Some here will argue that you shouldn't use the rubber grommet on the shot side, but it's my belief that you should, and so I do. The 600jr is a single stage loader, the super 600 is a hand rotated progressive press. You can run the super 600 with just one shell in the shell plate and it will function the same as a 600jr.
