I have had this happen on multiple playthroughs. usually, at some point in the game, I get a sickness like rockjoint or the vampire sickness. I almost always carry cure disease potions for this reason and will usually use them immediately after killing whatever enemy gave me the sickness. but then , the people in town will still keep reacting as if I'm still sick. I googled this and all I see ...I feel like Skyrim's issue for me is that even the trash enemies get loads of hp and perks when you level lmao. Like if they want the enemies to remain poorly equipped with good gear being a noteworthy exception, that's awesome just don't make up for it by making Ulf the bandit in furs who lives in a random cave take 10 arrows to the face and then still need to be hunted down and ...
