Managing for Customer Service Excellence in Rural Transit is a National RTAP training module that is designed to help agency leadership, managers, and supervisors to improve the quality of service provided by the agency as a whole or within a functional area. This training is available in eLearning, print, disc, thumb drive, and online video formats.Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors is National RTAP’s newest online training course. It is available on the National RTAP eLearning portal, or online learning management system (LMS). This technical brief describes the objectives, topics, and format of the course, and explains how to access the training.
