A Model 10-7 can't have a serial number of C359288 (the B97447 is not a serial) because that C series number is from around 1956 which is before S&W model marked their guns. They weren't made at an even x-number per year, so extrapolating your serial in that range isn't going to be exact. If the production was relatively linear then I'd guess 1928- ish.
