Two fuses, four relays and one little box the size of two relays. Power goes in from the fused line from the solenoid, it has good ground but the four other wires never have power, even when the lights are turned on.

When I push the button to go right on the controller I can hear the s-valves clicking they and they are magnetized. Feb 25, 2011 · That melted solenoid and made the plow motor stay running. Normally I probably would have heard the plow motor, yet my muffler blew out a week before that. So one set of brushes for the plow motor, and two solenoids later, and the plow is running great once again. Thanks everybody for the replies and assistance with troubleshooting. Pull the shrowd off the pump assembly and put a test light on the motor terminals, if it lights up every time you hear the click then you have another bumb motor. But if the light doesn't come on with each time the relay clicks then you probably have a bad relay.
